Forrmed in early 2004, we knew we wanted to rock, but we wanted to rock a country sound. Most of the "country" bands in North Florida were actually rock bands, with rock instruments and a slight leaning toward country. They usually played more classic and southern rock than they did actual country. Right from the begining we knew we wanted to have the right musicians and instruments to do justice to hard driving country music. That meant we would need vocalists who loved and lived country music, a guitarist who knew how to flat pick, a drummer who defined "holding the pocket" and authentic country instruments like banjo, mandolin, dobro and ukelele.
After finding what we were looking for, we got busy booking. "You will never get a country band to work in here." We heard that nearly everywhere we went, including the first local establishment we played. We still play there 'til this day. We have performed hundreds of shows all over North Florida, including bars, festivals, fairs, promotional events, private parties, and just about everything else you can imagine. We've been recognized by radio stations and newspapers, as well as other media outlets.
